Stage 2 of The Fields Murrumbateman comprised 26 rural residential lots from 10,000m up to 13,000m and was completed in 2023. All lots were delivered fenced and equipped with 3-phase power, NBN connectivity, our signature ‘The Fields’ motorised steel gates and reticulated non-potable water.

As part of this stage of the development, we constructed and commissioned the tank farm which stores over 1,000,000L as part of the development wide reticulated non-potable water system.

In addition to this key infrastructure, we constructed a development bypass horse riding trail so locals can pass through the development by Horse without needing to go down the main streets, and constructed a playground for locals and their kids to utilise given the developments detached location from the main Murrumbateman township.

Majority of the 26 lots were sold prior to project completion with the remaining lots now sold out.
