Stage 3 of The Fields Murrumbateman comprised 26 rural residential lots from 6,500m up to 14,000m and was completed in 2024. All lots were delivered fenced and equipped with 3-phase power, NBN connectivity, our signature ‘The Fields’ motorised steel gates and reticulated non-potable water.

Our ‘The Fields’ range features stone entry statements with aluminium entry signs, internal footpaths and high-quality verge plantings to enhance the internal reticulation spaces within the Development.

Majority of the 26 lots were sold prior to project completion with the remaining lots now sold out. Many of our purchasers are already well underway with construction of their homes with many already calling The Fields Murrumbateman Stage 3 home.
