Stage 1 of The Fields Murrumbateman comprised 77 rural residential lots from 6,500m up to 10,000m and was completed in 2022. All lots were delivered fenced and equipped with 3-phase power, NBN connectivity, our signature ‘The Fields’ motorised steel gates and reticulated non-potable water.

Our ‘The Fields’ range features stone entry statements with aluminium entry signs, internal footpaths and high-quality verge plantings to enhance the internal reticulation spaces within the Development.

All 77 lots were sold out prior to project completion with our residents now well underway with house construction with many already calling The Fields Murrumbateman Stage 1 home.
